noun: a Black, queer, neuroexpansive, mystic artist who weaves new realities into being. And is also a therapist.

Stories and relationships— listening to them, creating them, reconstructing them, performing them, connecting them— are a consistent thread in my life and work.

I'm a writer, performer, Tarot reader, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides support for groups as a Community Care Facilitator. I also enjoy working as a consultant for individuals who need support during transitions, want to identify or clarify values, or need support getting unstuck.

I help my communities cultivate connections that provide reciprocal support, engage in authentic communication, and remember the ways our interconnectedness can be our greatest strength.

My favorite colors are honey yellow and oxblood red. I adore popsicles and can talk about them for an inordinate amount of time. Thunderstorms and dancing bring me joy.
